Jenni Henderson

Jenni joined the Ambassador team for the South West Midlands Region in November 2009 having found a passion for working with local companies to help benefit from their BNI Members.
Having worked in the tourism industry for over 12 years she moved into the IT industry in March 2009, and then she joined Unique IQ based in Redditch.
She has now set up her own business - Chrysalis Business Support - aimed at helping growing businesses and new start ups to get the most out of their marketing budget.
Working in the sales & marketing environment but having a background in systems and development she brings a non technical approach to a technical arena. Chrysalis believe that once a client has spent time and money on developing a marketing idea, then it needs to be visible to potential clients. She loves to work in a win-win situation and help clients to solve their pains. Helping them to achieve profitability and more business gives her a high sense of satisfaction.
Having joined Warriors BNI in May 2009 she loves the benefits that having a great additional sales team working for you can bring to her company and also helping other companies to grow and do well.
In her spare time Jenni likes watching the Worcester Warriors at Rugby, along with going to the cinema and spending time with her friends and family.
