This is a mandatory attendance requirement for Chapter Directors, who must attend at least five of these meetings over the six months of their leadership team role, with THIS meeting being one of those as a required attendance. Attendance by Membership Coordinators and Secretary Treasurers is also required at this quarterly meeting to discuss progress against Chapter goals.
All other members of the Chapter management team are also welcome to attend. There is no limit to the number of attendees. The only charges are for venue, food and refreshment costs, which are payable as part of the fixed fee from chapter funds every six months.
